Order-in-Council of 1904 as amended by subseqent
Orders-in-Council, including that of 1913 above
referred to, and Article 18 of the order-in-Council
of 1915 reads;-
*Nothing in this Order shall prejudice or affect "the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court over
"ritish Companies other than China Companies
.
and Hongkong China Companies within the mean-
*ing of this order".
The effect of this is I submit, that Article 15
of the urder-in-Council of 1915 must be read as if
Home Companies were excluded from the meaning of
the words "British Companies" used in that Article.
